- I am a Staff Development Teacher who works with administrators and teachers from elementary through high school. I have taught primary grades through middle school all subjects with a particular expertise in literacy and math. I am an adjunct professor at a large private university in Washington, DC and have worked for a large school system in Maryland in the DC metro area. I am currently working in a small school district in Long Island, NY. In supporting teachers and administrators with school improvement strategies and also having worked in various work situations, I have observed mean behaviors in the workplace and have developed a particular interest in helping victims of workplace abuse and finding solutions to this problem.

How do you address the problem of an administrator's harassing behavior (not sexual) to discredit you and to assign impossible projects (designed to set you up for failure). I am rated a highly qualified teacher who seems to have incurred personal hostility. The harassment is so frequent and intense, but disguised by "just doing my job" and "connections" that my factual documentation means nothing.
